If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item, please return it at any time
for an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Be sure not to remove the tags
and/or hygienic liners from the garments until you are sure of their proper
fit.
For any type of return for exchange purpose, please fill up the form
Return & Exchange Form as on the website. Return & Exchange
form should reach us along with the returned garments to know exactly about the
reasons and your choices for exchange.
Package the return and seal it in a re-sealable soft pack or a securely taped
box. Courier or shipping charges for online sales are to be borne by the
customer. Use your own track able and insured shipping method and mail to:

The Sleepwear Factory is not responsible for customer returns that are
not received. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for the processing
of your return.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we cannot accept product returns on cash refundable
basis. Orders cancellation will also not refund the purchase price in terms of
cash as we assumed all the orders sold at the time of order confirmation on
non-refundable basis, but can exchange the same with another item as per
the choices.
