The Sleepwear Factory is a subsidiary of AMCO Group. At AMCO, our philosophy is

child or forced labor. In addition, we select only those manufacturers who
frame their operations with regard to labor laws and conditions.

The Sleepwear Factory designers are from Europe and
use advance technology designing tools and size grading tools as
per our customer’s taste and global trends.

Fabric Selection
We look for new technology and fabric developments that
will benefit our customers. Fabric selection for a specific style plays a very
vital role. The Sleepwear Factory product designer and fabric sourcing
team work together for this important part of product development to
provide a good quality product to our valued customers. Our quality Assurance
department works on a 'no-compromise' policy for fabric inspection. We have
in-house fabric inspection machines to inspect the quality of the fabric. In
addition, we have our own laboratory which tests for specific color crocking,
fastness and other factors with respect to certain fabrics. The Sleepwear
Factory ensures that our products meet our high quality standards and also meet
our customer's expectations.

Color Selection
Color is the most emotional and subjective attribute of a product. At
The Sleepwear Factory, our team uses many different resources to assure our
customers get the right colors as per various seasons that are in vogue. The
Color team at The Sleepwear Factory monitors color consistency by using
controlled lighting along with visual and spectra photometric evaluations that
measure and control the colors. This ensures that our merchandise is produced
to meet our high standards for our customers. The Sleepwear Factory always
categories product theme wise according to styles, colors, screen prints,
embroidery, etc.

Fit Analysis & Size Grading
The Sleepwear Factory product fit department works according to the
latest world wide sizing analysis and uses up-to-date equipments for size
grading. The Sleepwear Factory Fit department arranges fit sessions with
professional live models with experience in communicating fit and comfort
issues with the Technical Designer. The Sleepwear Factory detailed fit analysis
program helps to ensure that the customer will get a product of lasting quality
with maximum performance. The Sleepwear Factory merchandise is evaluated for
construction, quality, appearance, stitching, trims, and most importantly,
sizing.
The Product Design and Technical Design team works with the Merchandise Product
Development team and with the product manufacturers to ensure that all
exclusive products meet or exceed these rigid specifications. No other retailer
has such extensive specifications as The Sleepwear Factory.

Our production facilities are equipped with specialized and latest
machinery.

Pattern Making
We give significant detail to our pattern departments as it is
essential to get the sample pattern flawless right from the start. In this
regard, we have in-house Gerber Grading Technology system & our affiliated
units have Electra system operational for pattern making.

Embroidery
Our embroidery units are fitted with the latest in Tajuna Super
Machines which provide our customers with impeccable quality of the highest
standard.

Washing Facilities
We have affiliated washing units which specifically cater to provide
various washing services such as sandblast, enzyme wash, bleach wash &
other washing categories.
