How To Order Online
To begin shopping, browsewww.thesleepwearfactory.com
Select any gender as per your choice from the homepage tool bar. When you have
entered into the selected gender page, you can select “shop
by style” or “shop by
collection”, to browse the available items under these
categories. To view a product category in detail, click on the thumbnail image.
Once you have made
your color, size & quantity selection from the product detail page, click
Add to cart. To complete
your order, click “check out”,
or to continue the shopping click “continue
shopping”. To continue shopping, follow the same procedure as
before.
Before check out, you
can view your order summary with the options of
Edit & Remove.
If your order is confirm at your end, please click “check
out” and fill the
billing address form. If the shipping address is different from the billing
address then fill the shipping address form also.
After clicking the button of
Billing & shipping,
the next page will show your order summary with the details of shipping &
handling charges, billing address, shipping address for your review &
confirmation. If everything is correct then select the payment method and click
on “Place order”.
Confirmation E-Mail
Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an electronic receipt
via e-mail. The subject of this e-mail is “The Sleepwear Factory Order
Confirmation”. For your convenience, this e-mail will again confirm that your
information was successfully captured by our website; however it
will not
confirm stock status.
Order Tracking
Within 48 hours of placing your order, your Order Status will become
available online.
You may check your Order Status anytime to
review your expected shipping date and tracking number. Your information can be
retrieved by entering your Order Confirmation number.
Request a Catalog
To receive a print catalog, please click the
Request Catalog button.
To be removed from our print catalog mailing list or report duplicate catalogs,
